Hebatullah Brothers Ltd is seeking to recruit a competent and experienced IT Officer to join their team in Nairobi, Kenya.
Salary: KES 25,000 – KES 30,000 per month
Key Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Must have proven hands-on working experience in IT support.
Strong practical experience in computer hardware installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs is mandatory. - Experience in diagnosing and resolving hardware-related issues on desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Knowledge of networking and general IT support will be an added advantage.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot computer hardware and peripheral devices.
- Diagnose and repair hardware faults and ensure minimal downtime.
- Provide day-to-day IT support to users.
- Maintain IT equipment inventory and ensure proper functioning of all IT assets.
- Perform routine system maintenance and preventive checks.
Support network and other IT infrastructure as required.
