The Ideal Candidate Should:
- Possess relevant teaching qualifications from a recognized institution.
- Have proven experience in managing and leading Kindergarten and Lower Primary sections.
- Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the Ministry of Education regulations, policies, and the Competency-Based Curriculum (CBC).
- Be committed to upholding and implementing all Ministry of Education guidelines and standards.
- Exhibit strong leadership, communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Be able to supervise staff, monitor curriculum implementation, and promote a positive learning environment.
- Be passionate about children's holistic growth and academic excellence.
