Key Responsibilities
- Lead B2B business development and project sales in ICT & ELV solutions.
- Manage long sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders.
- Develop proposals, negotiate contracts, and deliver persuasive presentations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including C-suite executives and senior project stakeholders.
- Drive commercial strategy and ensure successful execution of projects.
Candidate Profile
- Degree in Business, ICT, Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in business development, project sales, or commercial management.
- Proven track record in selling complex technology, infrastructure, construction, or engineering solutions.
- Strong commercial negotiation and presentation skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship management abilities.
- Experience engaging with senior executives and project stakeholders.
