Key Responsibilities
- Provide onboarding training for new brands and sellers before store launch.
- Support daily operations for assigned brands and sellers.
- Communicate business goals, develop joint marketing plans, and drive performance targets.
- Monitor inventory preparation and order fulfillment to improve efficiency.
- Conduct regular data analysis and market research, providing operational reports and recommendations.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Strong product knowledge and familiarity with the e-commerce industry.
- Proactive, responsible, and willing to go the extra mile.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail.
